FORMAL GARDEN UPDATE

Following the recent heavy rainfall, there is a significant build-up of water, mud and silt on the pathways within the formal garden. As a result, the surfaces are currently very slippery and present a serious slip and fall risk. In the interest of health and safety, we ask all residents and visitors to avoid using the formal garden area where possible until the pathways have been properly cleaned and made safe. Please also note that we are aware that the park lighting is currently not operational due to the recent heavy rainfall. Contractors have attended site and will be carrying out a comprehensive assessment of the park lighting in the coming weeks. We are arranging for the area to be attended to as a matter of urgency and will issue a further update once it is safe to resume normal use. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to prevent any potential injuries. (23 Feb 26)
